Title: Charas Magazine Vol. I Iss. II

In what is apparently a trend back to fixing up the wiki, a new issue of the Charas Magazine has been released. Second one in the series, too, being Volume I, Issue II.

It's a little lean, but given that it's a one guy project I'm still impressed that Fortet even wants to try again (Which seems to be another trend; people doing what I said I could do and never did, like custom FFT sprites or a regular magazine. Cheeky bastards.)
