Story:
An old medic and alchemist has one day completed a masterpiece.
It was an exact copy of himself, with various enchancements he had added.
His clone, so to say, was better in many ways. He was faster, stronger...
The crowning jewel of his creation was the combination of the clone's eyes and a special knife given to him.
The eyes, they could see the weakest places on any body or object. The knife, if it were to pierce through these places, would always split the target in two, leaving the area of the cut perfectly clean and smooth. A flawless slice, so to say.
The creator, however, forgot to implement one of the most important parts into the clone - a decent personality. As a result, the clone's personality was completly randomized, and he turned into a psychopath.
The clone listened to his creator patiently at first, however he left soon enough. Shortly after leaving, the clone went on a spree of murders.
The creator, heartbroken, decided to create another clone... A twin to the first, as well as another knife for him.
Although he was short on resources and the new clone was not as powerfull as the first, the new clone's kindness knew no boundries.
Shortly after, the creator died of old age, and the new clone wished to see his older brother...
P.S. For refference, the creator's name is Vrach. The first clone was named Eranor by him. The new clone was named Retheth.
Settings:
*Your character either know the new clone or the old man OR were reffered by one who knows them to meet the new clone and help him find his brother.
*The world is a FANTASY world, and although bears resemblence to the medieval one, there are several differences. Ones one should note are human life span(now 700 years), lack of dengerous microscoping organisms (no illness, disease, infections), global polytheism and (mostly obvious) common use of magic.
*There are no magic "elements". There are, however, 3 methods to cast spells. One is praying to the gods (spellpower depends on faith and couse). Another is using one's own soul as a power source (spellpower depends on will and experience, wears caster out). The last is magic runes (make magic by inscribing funny letters on stuff! Inscribing takes time, and runes can be used by anyone...)
The GOAL is:
*Catch the older brother Eranor and make him stop hurting people despite his madness.
*If it becomes impossible to make him stop, kill him.
*The younger brother MUST survive!
