Title: June Art contest~
Post by: Cosmos on May 15, 2008, 06:03:10 PM: For this month I am demanding your favorite video game character! Anything can be considered art, so long as it's done by you. :P So have fun and you can post as many as you want and so forth.

Due date can be June 1st if you want or it can be later since I was late with this myself. Have fun.

Hastly put togheter. I'd have gone with my favorite character of all times, but it was too hard, so I picked the second most favorite.

Post by: Prpl_Mage on May 22, 2008, 10:05:48 PM: Well, I'll submit Vivi, coolest magician in a game so far and probably the best character in FF's history. Maybe not stats and skills but the character, he actually adds something to the game's story.

Vivi is the first playable black mage(traditional black mage) in FF's history except the classes in FF1, FF3 and FF4(5?) and perhaps the magician with the best story so far.

Not only does Vivi's design follow the classic black mage but it's also quite unique as the rather small details as the rugged hat and such gives him the feeling of a street kid. Some people believe that there is a face underneath the hat but I truly doubt it.

Well, Vivi must've been the coolest cahracter in FFIX and perhaps one of the coolest in the FF-series' history.

And no; I won't colour this.
I made it with paint and had to shrink it to 1/10 of the original size so that people can actually see the picture and not a lot of pixel-lines.

Looks like a bizarre version of rayman but I have no idea.

EDIT: ****! I googled MrSax, and I saw it. I fuckin remember him! Man how I miss playing rayman.
