Title: Kick out the Jamz
Post by: Revolution911 on October 16, 2006, 09:48:25 PM
I know there's been a million of these topics but seriously shutup. Cause if I posted in one of them, everyone of you would be all "omg taht wuz a tupik kik nub." Well...what song can you currently just...not get enough of?

I'm liking:

ACIDMAN- Repeat
Cowpers- Sakkaku no umi
Everytime I die - Kill the music
The Killers - When you were young
Kingdom Hearts OST- Simple and Clean Orchestra version

I'm a sucker for orchestra.

Anyway, you're only allowed to post a 5 song playlist. I dont want none of these 20 song posts, kids. 5. Five. Cinco. 2 + 3. 10/2.

Go. NOW.

IMO, your 'classics' ZKX are old and outdated, but I don't judge what you listen to, do I?

My current five:

Diary of Jane- Breaking Benjamin
Dakota- Stereophonics
Five is a Four letter word- Lostprophets
All That's Left- Thrice
Skin- Breaking Benjamin

Btw, Queen is an excellent band. Those that don't like them should at least respect them for what they contributed to the music industry. There have numerous movies that use their music, they were at the time one of the biggest stadium packers i the world, and Freddy Mercury could take control on stage better than anyone else.

I hate to sound like one of "those" guys, but Im really a big fan of Independant and non-mainstream music. Im big on "local" scenes.
But really, if its good, I'll like it.My favorite bands right now would have to be;

Ladyhawk-War (these guys are a band out of vancouver, with a really cool classic rock sound)

KoolKieth- Anything really...im not the biggest hip hop fan, but this guy is hilarious.

3 inches of blood-destroy the orcs (another vancouver band...very screechy classic-sounding metal. not for everyone, but the lyrics are wicked-good)

Between the Buried and me-blackened (this is metallica cover.)

Electro Quarterstaff-Dr Wily (this is yet another canadian band. Out of Winnipeg. They are pretty good, if you like heavy metal. Very tech. This song is a cover of the title music from Megaman 2. Also wicked-good)

Yeah.  I listen mostly to modern rock and stuff.  I don't like a lot of classic rock because a lot of it is about the same stuff like 'Gettin' high and gettin' laid at the party baby' kinda stuff.  I'm too sophisticated to relate to that.   :p
