Battle Char Generator doesn't work...

First thing: They're supposed to be 144 X 384.

Second thing: You'll have to edit them yourself. Just open them up in Paint, and split them manually.

I can't find this particular rule anywhere, and I don't think we ever had this rule.

That's a specific rule for the Requests Forum to prevent people from coming here, asking for a bunch of stuff, and never being seen again. It doesn't apply to every forum. Poeple are HIGHLY encouraged to jump right into discussions or to post their problems as their first posts.
