how we edit it ? the size when I make from bchar generator was 140 x 380 but it suppose to 144x384 ?

Simply open the image in paint, select your left color (background type) as the
transparency color, then press Ctrl+E. Resize it by the numbers;
Width: 144
Height: 384

lastly you must carry out the positioning readjustments of your character(s) on
your own.

Do NOT use CTRL+W, or you will resize it by scale, which
will damage your art.
