Title: Recruitment for my team
Post by: Pythis on March 05, 2006, 06:59:20 PM
I am looking for a good team of users to work on a game, if the first one is successful, maybe you will see more from the team. Right now I have a few jobs open..

Characterset Maker - Open
Chipset Maker/Provider - Open
Battle Animation Maker/Provider - Open
Music Maker - Open
Faceset Maker - Open
Monster Maker/Provider - Open
Battle Weapons Maker - Open
Battle Characterset Maker - Open

I can find a System and System 2 in Complete Resources, and credit whoever made it. I'll need someone to make a Title for me, I'll find a Gameover in Complete Resources, like the Systems. I will credit anyone who helps in the production of the game. Hopefully this will be successful. When I put provider beside maker that means you can provide me with that resource, be it from a game or other user ect., maker sure you tell me who makes it so I may credit them. If there is no provider that means I want that resource hand made only, you may not use resources from another user or rip it. Thanks in advance for anyone who joins the team!

From what you've posted, you only seem to want want want.  We would get nothing in return for doing this.  No, our names in credits don't count.  Asking for one or two resources is even sometimes touchy here, if you haven't noticed.  Asking for people to make totally custom resources for one whole aspect for your game is even worse.
Take a look around the forums.  You'll see that people have tried this before and never has it worked.
Even the community contest game didn't really turn out, and that was for the forum itself, not just a game for one person.

Do you see where I'm going with this?

Dude, you're just like that HalfDozenLightning orbs dude, always starting a game and never finishing. It would be a waste of time for people to assist you.

Well, somehow that Sion Suncrest guy got a whole team of people to join his team. I have no idea how though. His game wasn't even that good. I guess what I'm getting at Pythis is that unless you fins a bunch of tards its not gonne happen.

Ehh, K. In return I can also give and exchange resources with those who helped, I mean that evens it out, right? Oh and, the reason I don't finish the games I start is because I don't have any assistance, I mean I didn't have any resorurces at all, coulkdn't find what I was looking for anywwhere ect. So I had to droo them and think of a new idea, this is why I posted this, to get a team so I can finish a game.

Not only did you contradict yourself, but if do indeed have these resources to 'exchange' (thus disregarding your second statement), then why do you need more in the first place.

What I meant is I didn;'t have the NEEDED resources for my game, the things I had in my ideas seemed like only mere dreams, therefore I have nit contradicted myself, you just misunderstood what I said.

EDIT: By exchange I mean give.
