Can anybody shrink this guy to a regular rm2k3 RTP size and color him so i can use it in my game, full credit will be given?

As in, shrink him down to RM2K3 monster size, or charset size?

either one...i would like monster size mainly though, but you can make a charaset for him if you want, i dont have one yet....
