So just came to say hi.  And my small rant:

Why don't people even bother to double-check their resources before posting them?  Some must be resized, and for others, sprites must be moved a little just so they look good.  Jeebus, there should be a rule to check if your resource WORKS before submitting it.

Well, Derbmeister, how many of those resources have YOU posted? Or are you just one of these people that wants everyone else to do the work, while you use the resources? Huh? Huh?
