Title: Glitches

I downloaded the Charas.EX offline version and the updates for it and did all that like it as supposed to be done. I went into it and created a set of characters which I saved as a .png; I imported into my RM2K game I'm making, but there's a problem. In the charaset box in Hero menu, the charaset has a black line on the left and right side, and when I test play, the character has a box around him the color of the charaset background. I've searched all over for a help faq but couldn't find one. Can anyone help?

look in the manual, section problems. Or one of the stick threads here...
