Hi.  This post is here to advertise my now-complete RM2K game, Aurora Wing.  (Why RM2K, you ask?  That's because I've been letting it sit... er... "working on it" for a while.)

Aurora Wing is a tactical RPG. The major basis of gameplay is stamina, a resource you spend to move or act, regain a certain amount of at the end of every turn, and can store somewhat between turns. There are three difficulty levels, and overall battles get harder later in the game. I tend to think it makes for an interesting challenge.

There are some screenshots up at the game's site here: http://april-showers.com/dfalcon/auroral , where the clear-save Hall of Fame will eventually be situated. The download is available on that site, or just use this: http://april-showers.com/dfalcon/auroral/AuroraWingComplete.rar . AW is standalone; no RM2K stuff is required.

I can fetch the link to the Gaming World thread if you want to see some player reactions (although very few people have finished it so far), but otherwise that's all for now.  Hope you like it.

Whether the thread is destined for another quick death or not, I thought I should mention that there's been a small bugfix.  Anyone who's already downloaded the game should go to the main AW site to pick up a patch.

Having played this all day last Sunday, I have to say I love it. And believe me, tactical RPGs are not my thing.

Tactical RPGs are however, mine  :]]  But I don't have a rar extractor, could you convert it fo rall us lazy people here who can't be arsed to dl something for it?

It looks sweet, are you still updating it? If so I'd like to make a few suggestions Maybe? Like an online Version?

And how about some Character Customization (if it's not in at the moment)

Well I managed to get a free Un Zipper, but where is the Install file?

I'm wondering if it's just the un zipper Iv'e got, Can anyone Suggest me one?
