Title: I need help with a rip

What do you think about this resource that I was ripped? Is it pixelate? How can I improve this rip?

Well, it looks a little smudgy and blury, but other than that, it's pretty good. For some reason, the hair looks the worst though, so if you do edit it, make sure to work on the hair.

Thanx GhostClown, but that isn´t his hair; it´s a flaming skull from Doom.
