Title: Joust (proto type)

This is a game I'm going to make on RPG Maker3, but I wanted to tell people about it sooner since it will probobly be one of my best games ever. So I decided to make a proto type of it on 2K3. :)

Well the basic thing is that there is a huge tornament going on with a spectacular prize, any wish you disire granted. hundreds of wariorrs come from all over the world to compete. Though the one hosting the tornament is planning to engulf the world in darkness. Six young warriors enter the ternnament for there own resons and when they learn of his plans they must stop himto save the world for some others to get there prize (some both :)) so thats the basic thing. I'd prefer not to get into the details yet   :badboy:

No matter how good no Joust will ever be as good as the old arcade version.

Eh, anyway, the story doesn't really sound to original, the whole "Engulf the wrold in darkness" thing is overused.

Whats this about there being joist games on the ps2? Sadly I hear stuff like this most often, and the real bugger is that I haven't seen one of these games completed on rm2k/3.

Your story at the moment is interesting, but I don't see anything spectacular from what you posted, and in fact, it seems average.

Before I can make any real opinion about your game, I'm going to have to know info about it, what are the character profiles, what the background of the story (you posted a bit, but not much), what features will it have (I'm assuming you have some unique ones if your planning to release this game on the ps2...), ect..

Anyway good luck, I doubt this will ever get on the ps2, but I could be proven wrong  ;)

Well the whole engulf the world in darkness thing is only the basics, Im going to work on what hes actually doing.And the stuff I said is only a bit of it. As for character bios you'll have to whait till I get them. The characters are made by me and my friends so I have to get them from my friends. (hopefully they wont procrastinate like most of them do :( )

I'd love to actually see a Joust remake, maybe with multiplayer deathmatch. When I looked at the title I thought this was going to be based off the arcade classic. Now I'm bummed out :(

i think u should change Kenshin's name to something else. He sounds way too much like Kenshin from Rouroni Kenshin. just my opinion

I talked to my brother about changing the name and he said OK Kenshin's name has been changed to Soriyu (I think thats how it's spellet  :|)
