Title: Deleting a resource and some RMXP stuff

This is supposed to be a charset, but the alignment is off, it's in 24-bit color, and it's in the BattleWeapon section.

The resources uploaded by Kodakumi can be used as pictures in RM2K/3, but their intended use is for RMXP. I'm not sure if they should be removed or not, so I'm just notifying you guys about them.

The picture can stay, sword set moved into various and RedFox, all of your over-sized titles were moved into various also.
