Title: RPG maker to snes?

I've been working with rpg maker 2003 and XP a lot, and I know 2003 works with the same 16 bit system as the snes.
So my question is, is it possible to convert your rpg maker 2003 or xp game to a snes or gba file.
If so please tell me how.
