Title: where can I download charas?(The programm)

I can´t find charas anywhere! Please help :(

The offline version, Charas.EX, is here:

If you mean the online version, click on the link on the main page that says "CHARSET GENERATOR".

This is just another case of DUH.

You can see that in the forums already.
