This game is similar to guess the midi game.
Whoever guesses the riddle right has to provide a riddle to solve
Ill start it with a easy one......
I have keys that open no locks,
I have space, but you cannot fill it,
You can enter, but you cannot leave.
What am I?
-
A keyboard?
-
yep your turn
-
Ok, ok. Guess this one:
Who makes it has no need of it.
Who buys it has no use for it.
Who uses it has no knowledge of it.
What am I?
-
A grave
-
Wouldn't a Coffin be more....accurate?
-
Snake is right, your turn.
-
You are given 5 bags. There are 10 beads in each of the bags. In four of the bags, the beads each weigh 10 kilograms. In the remaining bag, each bead weighs only 9 kilograms. All the bags and beads look identical. You must find out which bag has the lighter beads. The problem is that all the bags look identical and all the beads look identical. You can use a scale, but it has to be a single-tray scale, not a two-tray balance scale. Also, you may use the scale only once. How can you find out which bag has the lighter beads?
-
Label each bag. Take a bead out of bag 1 and label the bead accordingly. Take 2 beads out of Bag 2, and label them both with a 2. Take 3 beads out of Bag 3, and label each with a 3. Take 4 beads out of Bag 4, and label each with a 4. Take 5 beads out of Bag 5, and label each with a 5. If all of them were 10 kg, they would equal 150. Since one or more is worth 9 kg, subtract the weight from 150. If the result is 1, it's bag 1, if the result is 2, it's bag 2, and so on and so forth.
-
Correct.

A man and a woman were driving in their car when it broke down. The man decided to go for help at a gas station a few miles back. He made sure nobody was in the car, rolled all the windows up, and locked all of the sedan's doors. He went off, but when he came back, his wife was dead, and there was a stranger in the car. No physical damage was done to the car, so how did the stranger get in?
-
The wife unlocked the door?
-
The wife commited suicide?
-
i heard of this one:
The wife was pregnant, the stranger was the baby and the wife died at childbirth

There wasa lady who just got married and decided to "let go" (not caring about appearance) the husband got pised and told her to shape up, she went to the library and read this book called"How to Jog" but after reading it she found this book to be useless to her, Why is this?
-
Because she didn't need to learn how to jog?
-
nope but i will give a hint
the book has 99% nothing to do with jogging
-
Because she wanted to get a divorce?
-
Is it some sort of play on the word "Jog"?
-
she has no legs?
-
She's in a wheel chair?
-
nope
hint: this book can come in a series of 20, notice how the words how and jog are in that order...............BIG HINT
-
encyclopedia.s. they have from one word to another and all words in between. I win.
-
Yeah, I think Razor's right. Or it's a dictionary.
-
It is an encyclopedia. Damn, I didn't think of that. Good thinking Razor. :D
-
sorry razor but its dictionary so drace its your turn
For people who dont get it the book is a volume of a dictionary showing the meaning of the words from how to jog.
-
I will reflect you but without a picture.
I will call back when you have called.
What am I?
-
Echo?

Sorry, Legendary Troy, but that is the MEANING of encyclopeida. Encyclopedia's ARE dictionaries that explain in detail what stuff is.
Moron. _sweat_
-
have you ever heard of an encyclopedia called how to jog?
because there is a dictionary called how to jog, if it was a encyclopedia,it would be A-C or D-H
thanks for understanding though!

this isn't over yet.
the encyclopedia's at my school go from A-something in c, c to something in d, I could prove it to you if necessary.
besides, nothing is from how to jog. that is primary for joke purposes.
Razor is never wrong.
-
Well, you were wrong about the flying pigs..........
-
Pigs just mask their wings with cloaking technology made from gravy and bacon.^^
You're in a room with three lightswitches and in the room next to it is just a lightbulb hanging from the ceiling. You can't see the room with the lightbulb from the room with the switches, and you can only go into the room with the lightbulb once. How do you find which switch turns the lightbulb on?
-
Turn on all three at the same time. :D
-
Turn on the first switch and wait for a while. Let's say 10 minutes. Then switch off the light, wait 5 minutes, and then turn on the second switch. Wait 5 minutes, then go into the room and feel the bulb. If it's on, then switch 2 works. If the bulb is warm but not lit, switch 1 works. If the bulb is cold and not lit, then it's switch 3.
At least, I think that's it.
-
Hit switch 1. Go in front of room but don't enter and look if it's on. If not repeat for switch 2 and switch 3.
-
Dragonium got it.
Nice loophole Drace. :D

(Okay, this is a long one)
Bob, John and Dave were caught stealing, so the King sent them to Jail. But, he decided that if they answer a riddle, they can go free. So, he lined them up one in front of the other, and put hats on their heads. Then, he began to speak:
"Each of you has a hat on your head. You do not know the color of the hat on your own head. If one of you can guess the color of the hat on your head, I will let you free. But before you answer, you must keep standing in this line. You cannot turn around. Here are my only hints: There are only black hats and white hats. At least one hat is black. At least one hat is white".
Bob couldn't see anybody's hat. John could see Bob's hat, but not his own or Dave's. Dave could see everyone's hat except his own.
10 minutes later, nothing had happened. Suddenly, one of the men got the answer right. Who was it, and how did he know?
-
None because
If Dave had seen two black hats he would have known that his was white. If he saw 2 white hats his would be black. Or if he saw 1 white and 1 black that would leave it open still.
John knowing that if C saw 2 black hats then C would be wearing a white hat and would have taken the prize. So if B saw a black hat he would know that his was white, so he must have seen a white hat, thus did not know what his own was.
Bob knowing this he would have known that his hat was white.
-

If Dave had seen two black hats he would have known that his was white. If he saw 2 white hats his would be either white or black. Or if he saw 1 white and 1 black that would leave it open still.

:P
-
Razor and Troy had the same answer, but I guess that's cheating Razor.
Bob was lets say in the back,John in the mid, then Dave
Bob should know because the 2 were in front of him and he was able to see and he should have a black or white hat depending on what hat he was given.
-
LT, I have to say, your answer is wrong, but your method is spot on. Someone has to get this now.
HINT: Think about the order I said the men were standing in. Bob couldn't see anybody's hat. John could see Bob's hat, but not his own or Dave's. Dave could see everyone's hat except his own.
