you can use a maker like anvil studio.

Yes you can only use those instruments since that's a limitation of the MIDI format.

Well sepiroth as usual my hero (H) thnaks. Hmm i find it pretty hard too create a cool MIDI with this program. Could u tell me how too make a sound in the backround that sounds all time?. Like someone who says OOOOOOoOoOOoooOOO in the backround all time. That would make the MIDI non empty sounded

just mess around and there should be some bars next to where tracks/instruments that control the volume and "pan" (I'm not sure what this does...) also try the help files... :|
