Title: The Tales of Symphonia thread

I prefer Kratos over Zelos due to Kratos' slight edge over Zelos in Strength and HP. Kratos also has Judgement. However, Judgement doesn't always hit, but it's still a good spell to have. I like Kratos' attitude better than Zelos'. Plus.... Kratos has prettier wings!

I actually beat Abyssion first time around but my mom turned off the car wen I beat him and no way was I gonna spend the time to beat him again.

Now, I'm wondering, why didn't Regal take of his shackles after everything was over and done with. At the end when Presea and Regal were at Alicia's tombstone, he still had his cuffs on. What's up with that? He said he'd take them off.

whoo! I hated fighting him >all my chars were around level 72 (Recommended level is 80)

ToS is an AMAZING game! One of the Best stories, gameplay and battle systems EVER! ^^ just thought I'd say.

Hey, has anyone passed teh netherwold yet?
i got to the final floor, but i had less than 200 soulfire so i couldn't progress! so, does anyone know what you get from the netherworld???

I was also wondering...are there any more summons in the game,
I have Sylph, Efreet, Undine, Volt, Shadow, Origin, Maxwell, Celsius, Aska, Luna, ....and any other summons tht are crucial to the story ><

And haven't we seen enough of these silent guys who think they are so strong and cool, we see them in every game!
Zelos is very unique and cool, and totally crazy! Zelos is a dude with character.
Geez, he's the one makes the game fun for god sake.

Zelos: Sexy! Dead sexy!

I would pick Yuan. Yuan has the swallow, so he can do all kinds of crazy stuff. Yuan also has cooler techs and better techs. If you could have Yuan on your side, the party would kick major bootay.

Post by: Rune_of_Punishment on June 13, 2005, 10:19:38 PM: Let's talk about Cruxis. It's gets kind of confusing for some because Yuan is part of Cruxis but also leader of the Renegades, the group that opposes the Desians, who work for Yggdrasill.

The whole situation started when Martel was killed. Mithos went crazy and his view of equality was skewed. He decided to make everyone the same. Kratos and Yuan opposed these ideals and left Mithos. Kratos met Anna, got married and had Lloyd. Then Anna was killed by Kratos (because she became a monster) and Lloyd could not be found. Kratos, feeling like there was nothing left to believe in or fight for, returned to Cruxis and followed Mithos because that was something he could believe in.

Yuan, on the other hand, did not go back to Mithos, but he did pretend to still be a friend and ally. Yuan did not misinterpret Martel's wish and decided to stop Mithos' plans. So, he manipulated Rodyle into building the Mana Cannon.

The rest is still kind of jaded, but that's what I have.
