Title: Dead characters

Since I can't find my old post I will post the question again.

Does anyone know how to make fallen or dead sprites?

By...editting them? Open the file up in your favorite image editor, and go to town.

Take another already dead sprite and use it as sort-of a guide. I don't think there are any real tricks or anything, you just need to know some spriting basics and put them to use.
