Well, if you have enough coding knowledge I'm sure you could make something like them. But why do so, when we have some here?

Im not good with all the coding things but I was talking about an offline genorator like when my internet is down and I wanna make a charset or something I can make it without going on Charas see what I mean?

Well, why not use Charas-ex? if you want more resources, you can add them yourself. I also think that Gary is making a newer version of the program.
