They look okay. The town is rather empty...no wait, the town is very empty. The battle screen is good but the monster is a bit weird. The last screenshot is okay too.

You got the program 2 weeks ago so you have a lot to learn...

Tip of advice, if something isn't finished, don't post a screen of it ;) Unless of course you need suggestions on how to finish it.

That being said, like the others said, the town is too empty. Try adding trees, grass, a well, some dirt, a bench or two, and other stuff you would find in a town to make the map more lively. If it still seems empty, simply make the map smaller.

The battle is decent, the bad guy seems a bit odd, but it's graphics match the hero sprites, so I have nothing against it.

The castle screen isn't bad, its rtp, but I won't hold that against you since you've only been working with rm2k for two weeks :)

Your maps are better than mine when I only had rm2k for two weeks, just work at it and you'll get better :D

With the town, here's what I always say: To make it realistic, imagine why it's there.

In a town, there are usually many houses closer together to save space. Thare are hardly ever large open areas of pavement.

There has to be enough houses for the people! Where do they sleep at night? :D

There woudn't be little ponds between houses. There might, however, be a canal, which you could work into the map...

You don't get tiny patches of crops. Make a bigger one, perhaps with a path running through it

Market stalls?

To make your maps more interesting, use this charset:
(I didn't make it, byt he way. I don't know who did)

thanks ill use it.... But people will know why it aint a town when they play... The meaning is that the king is selfish and the town is only built for him. That i think shall be an pretty good answer too my town
