Title: screen capture?! yeah right!

ok, this is weird, i tried to do a screen capture of a game, but when i put it into paint, all the colors were screwed up, and the image is almost black!
 does anybody know how to fix this?

well u can try downloading ultimate paint. Thats better in uploading pictures. UP is it called. But i cant solve the paint problem.....

Press "Print Screen SysRq" which should be to the right of the "delete" key.

Go into paint, get the "select tool" right click, and click "paste".

Once you do that, save as a BMP. Then open it in photoshop (PM me if you don't have it. I'll do it for you) and change it to an indexed color (Local (adaptive)) and save as  PNG.
