Title: Block around CharSet won't go away...

I already clicked outside in the Resource Manager window and it looks like broken pixels when i play.

 You must be using a .gif instead of a .png, floating cubes will appear

Actually, a JPEG converted to PNG would do that.

 If it was a JPEG of a GIF before you converted, it can be the problem
