I know there's quite a few hosting sites out there, but which is the best that like
 

doesn't go down often

 

plenty of bandwidth so no problems in forums

 

doesn't do thet annoying

[X] thing every other refresh[/LIST]
 

and uhhh... is/not run by a robot known as Fran.

http://www.bizhat.com is pretty good, but for a lot of the features promised, like PHP scripts, they make you post on their forums, which is really wierd.

http://www.brinkster.com 's educational packadge is nice.

http://www.walagata.com is nice, except for the space limit, but the bandwidth is amazing for free. It'd be a good image host for one of the other sites.

I use tinypic for pictures, and... It sucks. You can't have full sized pictures, only [IMG*] ones.

I have to agree on that one.
I've used sitesled around a year and haven't ran into any problems that I can recall.
