Does anyone know who this guy is? I can't figure out who he is or what game he comes from.

I never seen it... looks like NES tho.

Not saying some members here might not know, but maybe trying a nintendo community like pixeltendo is a good idea.

Nintendo sprites were only allowed to have four colors. Some tricky work could produce that on an NES, but it would use half the sprites reserved for an actual game.

The style yells at me saying "Neo Geo", but it could be something from Sega.

I actually saw some SNES graphic when i looked fast at him. Looks like someone from a fighhting game or something
