Go to the main page at http://www.charas-project.net and look right below the big picture at the top. You should see links to the generators, and from there it's pretty self explanitory.

Indeed. After that you will see the things you can select from on the left, and the end result on the right. One again, anyone can figure it out by simply clicking around.
