1. Don't ask to be one
2. Be on more than a few days
3. Have more than one post

dont wonder..just post and be happy that you can do that. Don't spam flame or hack and help others out to have an enjoyable time on the forums. That may not be able to get you a moderator or admin position but it will get you friends.
