Ok first take a faceset and make to copies of it [one closed mouth one partially open and one wide open] use a battle animation template to plase the faces in. make the battle anim. [in rmaker] and place an event in the map where the following occurs:
message style [transparrent
show battle anim [the talkng one
erase face graphic
show message
now repete the show battle anim. and message for each time a character talks in the animation be sure that the mouth never goes from clossed straight to wide open. thank you since this is my first tut feel free to coment..

lol now i need a face graphic with open mouth and close mouth :)
