Well, it's kind of a stupid question. Charas.EX is created for games with non-commercial uses. Same with Charas. Because of the type of characters you create you can't use it for commerial games however, since they bare similarities and mostly are rips from commercial games.

Well I'm sorry if you think its a stupid question but the Charas web site has no real explaintion on wether its can be used for commercail or non-comercail use.  Sorry for asking.

Escuse me if I'm wrong, but isn't it that games created with the traduced RPGm2k/3 are supposed to BOT be used for commercial purposes? That's what I found on a page.

Yes, however, we also have sprites featured of other commercial games (like the Mario hat, not to mention the clothings that very much resembles Final Fantasy characters). Those are not allowed to be distributed for commercial uses, so basically, I don't really support it. I think it's fine to do it, but legally seen I wouldn't count on it.

Also, it is kind of logical Charas.EX was made for non-commercial uses. Why else would it be a character creation thing, just for jack? It has to be used, and mainly with non-commercial things.
