This is the first jeep I've ever made. It's made from scratch on paint. transformed to 256 colors in photoshop.

Not bad, but the left and right sides look strange as he walks. And instead of outlining everything in black, try outlining in a darker shade of the color of what you're outlining.

Ever seen Ed, Edd 'n' Eddy? Ed walks (runs, actually) strangely and has a black outline, but maybe you're right in saying that's not what was intended.  :p
