Title: PC Problems

I've been having some pc problems quite frequently.
I have been logging on online for sometime with Safe Mode with Networking, now what happens is that that is the only way that I can come online without my pc freezing. My pc starts up then after a few minutes and such it just freezes and there's no way I can turn it off on the start menu, I have to push the button on the tower to turn it off. Can anyone tell me what I have on my computer? And better yet, if I can fix it?
I really need this so I can get back to working on monster making and photoshop and stuff, also for schoolwork!

Something may have occured with your safe mode. If you can't find any answers in the link Darkfox gave you, look for troubleshooting in Safe Mode. Most likely on Microsoft dot com.
