Title: Need a couple of MIDIs.
Post by: WarxePB on September 07, 2005, 03:54:19 PM
Currently, I'm working on and off of one of my projects. Though it probably won't be done anytime soon, I'm still trying to gather the resources I'll need to finish it.

Right now, I'm getting music. I've been looking for a battle theme for my antagonist, but the only boss theme I've found that I really like is "The Dark Messenger (http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console/sony/ps1/DarkMessengerFinal.mid)" from FF9. I don't want to rip it off, but I do want something like it.

So what I need is two seperate MIDIs. One should be "angelic" (Church Organ, Choir Ahhs, strings, etc.), and the other "rockish" (guitars, drums, etc.). I don't expect one person to do both, so it's fine if you only do one of the two.

Just want to note that the angelic MIDI shouldn't be longer than a minute and a half (1:30), and the rockish MIDI should make an attempt at looping. Other than that, I'm pretty liberal, so go nuts.

Any and all help would be very appreciated, and you will be credited. And your compositions won't go to waste, even if I don't release the game for another 3 years ;)

Desricbe more for the Rock. How long do you need it? When do you need it by?

Also.. I can make it in only guitar and MAYBE bass and rythme. That's all. So hurry and reply back.

Also Also... I have a mic for my computer so The quality will be alright but not great.

You're going to do it live? Well, in that case, you're the boss :) Length, instruments and composition are completely up to you, just something that sounds cool will do.

I don't have a deadline, so take your time.

this one is somewhat anglic, doesn't last very long, and sounds pretty nice. It doesn't have anything like an organ or something, but still sounds pretty good.

Thanks for the effort, Meiscool, but it's not really what I'm looking for.
