What acne cream works the best? desnt matter if it hass to be perscribed. I use acnomel, but is there anything bettter?

I don't have bad acne, but I have been getting some rashes on my chest and back and a large amount of pimples that never have been there before are now there. I went to the hospital two days ago and was give three different medicenes for the acne.

Clindamycin, Tretinoin, and Benzoyl Peroxide.

Going to start using them tonight.

I use shower face wash and sometimes acne pads. Meh, I have some but it's never too bad.

Ok, this is a time-honored and proven tradition.

First you buy one of those "john doe" lawn mowers.

Then, you must, (and this is important) take off all your clothes and put on a grass skirt, shoes on your hands, high heels on your feet, and a lampshade on your head.

hold a hammer between your teeth and drive the lawn mower into town.

Once you're in town, find a very crowded area.

Drive into the crowded area and start taking apart the lawn mower with the hammer you have in your teeth.

Once you finish taking it apart, jerk your head to the left and fling the hammer at whoever's closest to you.

Now, just dance around the lawn mower parts singing "BAAEEBEE BALOOOGA!" over and over again.

Stop when it rains for three days straight. Or when you get arrested. Which ever comes first.

In the very likely case that you're arrested, they'll throw you in an insane asylum. And no one cares how much acne you have when you're locked up in a sound proof cell!

That is the most insane, retarded thing i have read in months! That kept me going for a while! :D  :p

I broke out last summer and I am not clean thank god! But what truly works best is:
Day: Clindamycin phosphate topical solution
Night: Benzoyl Peroxide

Go to your doctor and ask what's better for you, and in between those two creams, wash your face with the Clearisil pads, the ones that guarantee cleariness in like three days or something.
It really works dude!

That depends on whether it's just "generic teenager stuff" acne or "bad-enough-to-count-as-a-medical-problem" acne.

For the first, taking frequent showers and washing your face (and hair!) halfway decently should clear it up most of the way, though usually not 100%. More like 50-70% or so.

Apparently eating less junkfood helps too, but the only evidence I've seen of that is how I have zits but my sister doesn't. But then again, my dad doesn't either so that might just be some genetic thing and junk food has nothing to do with it.

For the second, well, I have no idea.
