Title: Can't find this certain chipset please help

There was a chipset i used to have, but for reasons beyond my control WindowsME we got a virus and had to reformat, adn so i left RPG maker for a good few months, now im restarting and i can't find a certain chipset i was using, and i can't for the life of me remember where i got it!

hopefully one of you can help me by sending it or otherwise telling me the website for it.

i'll describe it best i can, it seemed to be a world map style, set in modern times and it featured various sky-scrapers and larg roads, some of the sky-scrapers were destroyed and some other modern-looking buildings could also be destroyed, it also had the tops of sky-scrapers that you could place in water so they looked submerged.

sorry, that's best i can describe it, if anyone knows the one i am thinking of or if they know another good set that is basicly a modern world after some massive disaster/apocolypse etc.
