Title: Help with Uploading

Im confused with Uploading my Charas onto the Complete Resources it says "Error: file has to be a valid PNG or JPG file, maximum 700.000 bytes" I don't get how to make it so I can.

Silly question, but... are you trying to upload .png or .jpg files under the limited size?
