I hightly doubt anyone will volenteer to put aside their games to make yours for you. The better course of action would be to try and learn html, java, and whatever else you need to know to make what your planning. I'm sure members of charas would like to help you learn how to do things like this and help you with your project, but don't expect anyone to make it for you.
