Title: Battle Char Creation help

Hi guys I'am trying to make my own final fantasy based of FFXI with edit sprites from FF5. I have 4 battle char sets but I don't know how to animate them to make posses and attacks.

can anybody help me out?

here are the sprites of the characters, fell free to take them and help me out animate them
