Title: HELP!!

I have reciently made a Charsets for my game and I wanted it to go on the complete resources here but, unfortanetly everytime I try it comes up with the message "Error: file has to be a valid PNG or JPG file, maximum 700.000 bytes" I don't understand how I could make it 700.000 bytes or a PNG or JPG file. Im probably being stupid but, could somebody help me out?

Go to this thread (http://charas-project.net/forum/showthread.php?threadid=10629&forumid=22&catid=8), do everything that it says, then try resubmitting it.

You're trying to upload it from your computer and not from Imageshack, right?
