In this game, you start off in 1970 as a japanese kid with a large inheritance and an idea - a new company that brings an entire arcade to your home. "How in the heck am I going to do this, though?" That's the same thought that comes up in your mind, day after day. Until one day, when you stumble upon a shining medallion on your way to school . When you touch it, you are sent into the Nintendo gaming world, as it is 19 years into the future. You must then try to figure out how to get back to the real world, while learning more about your future by talking to (and battling) your characters.
Its a weird idea, I know, but i have so many ideas for this game it's not funny. It's like one of those weird japanese games that sound like ****, but are wildly fun and addictive after you get it going.

This sounds cool to me as Miyamoto is one of my idols. I hope to see a finished product. I'll keep watching this one

I'm liking that. This game is going to make me bust out the nintendo I know it.

I like it. Miyamoto is the greatest thing that happened to Nintendo, possibly to gaming the world over. He deserves to have a game made involving him for a change. Go for it.

Like Katamari Damacy. That game owned :)
Anyways. I rarely post in here, but your idea intrigues me. I hope you stick with it.

Hmm... This could be really cool.

It's sorta like JapaKingdom Hearts.
Here are the playable characters -
Shiggy Miyamoto (Main, Story 1)
Kenny Kutaragi (Main, Story 2)
Link (Story 1)
Gannondorf (Story 2)
Samus (Story 1)
Dark Samus (Story 2)
Diddy Kong (Story 1)
Donkey Kong (Story 2)
Mario and Luigi (Story 1)
Kammy and Bowser (Story 2)
All Nintendo Character sprites are from SNES games. Story 1 is where you are Miyamoto, and story two is where you are Kenny Kutaragi, Miyamoto's friend and rival in making game technology. Both storys are intertwined. Sorta like KH-COM.
-
So you choose which character you want, or you do one then the other?
-
miyamoto is a god!!!!this game sounds fun
:]] but you have to put kirby in there...i mean you have alot of other people but not kirby....? :=)

You watch the beginning, and after they get transported into the gaming world, you choose your story, either Nintendo Shiggy, or Sony Kenny. The story is based around Nintendo, so if you choose Shiggy, you are the good guys. If you choose Kenny, you are also the good guys... for a while...
Anyways, if you play both games through, you will see that both games meet up in many places. Cause when you begin the game in the gaming world, the two decide to split up, and gather information on how to get back. You will actually have conversations in both games, that are exactly alike. Basically, the two storys are intertwined. Both games have different Main Enemys, though. With Shiggy's story, you won't know who the main enemy is until later in the game. And you will think it's Kenny, which isn't entirely true. In Kenny's game, you will know who the main enemy is right off the bat, but since Shiggy gets in the way of you defeating the main enemy, Shiggy becomes an enemy...
You know what, just wait until the game comes out for the real story. I'm putting my current big Rpg project, Super Mario Showdown, on hold for this game.
And, a little tidbit - Miyamoto and Kenny both use very special weapons.
Miyamoto's is called the Nintendo, and Kenny's is called the Sony. I know, not very imaginative, but they fit oh-so-well, and I already have sprites of the weapons.

I love when games do that!! This game looks very promising.

Don't you mean 'sounds promising'? I havn't shown any screenies yet.

Whatever, you got the measage.

Sounds neat, but if these are SNES, then how dare you not throw in FF6 or Chrono Trigger.

Because they weren't created by Miyamoto. Mario, Samus, DK, and everyone on my list (except for himself and kenny, hehe) were created my Mr. Shigeru. There is a reason for everything.
Maybe I will put those two in the Sony story, though...

And, of course, like all of my games, the music is mostly FLStudio generated. That means most of the music is created by none other than me.
