HEY! I work at a tech support call center! And maybe I'd be able to help someone a little easier if they didn't use '__Insert_Shape__ thingy' to describe every second word.
Although 95% of them are in India, employed by people who don't know English.

You should use your recovery cd or re install windows anyways if the virus is bad youll loose everything if you e=use any of those methods if you don't have any cd just take it to a computer repair place.

It's a trojac or something like that. I have to run it on safe mode, which makes everything big.

Find out which trojan it is and use google to search for it. 99% of the time it will be well documented and there will be specific fixes for it.

As for finding out which one it is, your antivirus software should take care of that. If not, if you're in Windows XP, CTRL-ALT-DEL and click the processes tab and browse through to see if you find anything you think isn't normal. Google for them and you can find out if they are good or bad.

You know what would be funny? A batch file with the restart command put into your startup folder! Cheapest virus ever!
