Title: MIDI modification

I have two MIDI that need modification, but I'm not really good at that... so if anyone can help me... that would be great.
The first one is Popcorn. I tried to make it, but I never heard the real version ( only the Crazy Frog version ) so I can't complete it.  Also, it doesn't sound really good...

The second one is the Redwall theme, from the TV show. I found a music sheet on a site, and I made a MIDI about it, but it doesn't sound really good too... I would like if anyone could modify it, just to make it sound better.
