It's only like 20 bucks for 2 months.. I don't see how you can afford NOT to play it!(fuck off meiscool)

If you can't afford it, piss off and play Gunbound.
Honestly no other MMO compares.

I agree with Mr, 20 bucks for 2 months ain't that much unless your sad and poor. I play it in Europe, meaning I > every American player.

Well, it's not that if it's pricey. But why they need a constant supply of money? It isn't like bandwidth and all that is an issue for them, being that their past titles: Warcraft 1, 2 and 3, Starcraft, Diablo I and II, and even their SNES title which was ported to GBA, Lost Vikings, were successful in not just one country, and never before did Blizzard make playing online a paid thing. Kind of seems to bring up quite a few questions if paying for a game will be enough in the future.

Anyways, it isn't that superb even with the humorous cameos and phrases. "This is my boomstick!" XD

Yeah it was funny. I heard that Diablo III will come out and be a p2p game. And I'll get very pissed off if they delay Starcraft: Ghost again.

Diablo 3 p2p? Blizzard is going too far! I prefer Diablo as it is, free online play, standalone offline play with individual servers. MMOifying Diablo seems to blotch up it's original angle.

I play, 60 Troll Rogue @ Sunstrider, name Sejjin.

What I attached is the most beautiful thing I have accomplished in game. (Combat log outtake)

Why the constant supply of money? They are expanding still expanding the game. It's not like a normal online game. They have hundreds of servers they need to maintain and stuff that comes with that. Millions of players they need to keep happy. Bugs to remove. Events to organize. Etc. etc. etc.

You guys complain too much.

Its not expansive. LIFE ISNT FREE. Get over it.

AS FOR ME, I played it for a bit. Great game really. Just I need another job to pay for it. HORDE FOR LIFE, WOO! Alliance blows D:

I agree with Rev and Drace, I played a trial version of it and loved it. I thought it was better than even EQ, but this was before EQ2. I could never get into the EQs anyways, but for some reason WoW appealed to me. If I had a job I'd gladly pay 20 bucks for 2 months to play. That's like, what? 5% of my paycheck? What the hell else am I gonna spend my money on??

I play free Ragnarok......>.< sorry I like asian stuff.

Ragnarok is nice, but gets dull really quick.
I played Slayers, my first MMO...really cool, went down for no apparent reason.
Gunbound sucks.
Fly for Fun is my option right now. Fun game, but has too many server problems yet...
GunZ sucks.
Knight Online seems to rule. Somehow my PC wonīt show the characters, only displays floating weapons (help would be great...same happens with Gunz)
Silk Road: Wanna buy a new 3D graphic board to play it...itīs beatiful. Dunno about the rest.
WoW: Brazil doesnīt have it yet, and I canīt afford 20 dollars.

Hello, my name is Z-Man, and I have a World of Warcraft addiction.  I have been clean for 1.5 months.

Actually, I just hit 60 and got bored with it.  I had a lvl 60 Undead Warlock (from back in march when warlocks were still really broke) on the Bloodscalp server and made it to pvp rank 5.   At the time of my leaving I was the highest ranked Warlock in my guild, Bad Mojo.  It was a great game till I hit 60, but I hated the uber organized guilds with applications and stuff, and without those there's not much to do except pvp all day, and that gets kinda formulaic.  I did get enough clips to make a short warlock pvp video, so if anyone's interested in seeing that, lemme know.

EDIT:  The warlock's name was Araya
