Your Sai Kar looks like ****

But the other two (or three with your ava) look really good, so that more then makes up for that one.

It's okay, but I think it would look way better if you outlined stuff with darker colors and use less colors for shading - shading that looks smooth like a gradient really doesn't turn out well for a sprite.

Yeah, same here kind of. I like them in the order:
1) GC
2) Your ava
3) Carmen
4) Sai

Good job, though. I still think they are all good!

That style might make interesting battlechars...
