Title: Making custom fonts
Post by: WarxePB on February 23, 2006, 09:51:23 PM
Not just for RM2K, but for use in Windows and stuff. Is there a (preferably free) program that'll let you do this, or any way to draw it, or anything?

I'm not sure on that one... I'd probably just go and copy one of the files in the fonts folder into some other folder, then edit the origional.. and If it doesn't work, put the copy back.. But don't trust me on this, I haven't tried it yet, and it might not work.

here is a great site if you're to lazy to make your own fonts- they are all free- http://www.1001fonts.com/fonts_overview.html?page=2&view=full&filter=All&category_id=24&sort=font_date

Wow, I made this topic ages ago.

In any case, thanks for the replies, but I found one of my own. It's called the Alphabet Synthesis Machine (http://alphabet.tmema.org/), and I think it was the one MrMister was talking about. It's cool, anyways.

(In case anyone cares, this (http://alphabet.tmema.org/cgi-bin/getfont.cgi?fontname=1140997277) is the kind of thing you can use that site for.)

EDIT: Thanks for the replies, guys. I do appreciate it :)
