Title: My first custom Chara ever

Well, I was a bit bored today, and I decided to take a crack at Character making.  With help from Insanes Tut, here's what I have so far.  I need all the constructive critisizm I can get. ;)

Good.But like Spike said try adding more colors.I think reed would go nice under his eye but that me.

Its good you finished it, but the shading isn't very clear. Since your using little colors you can jump tones more than if you were spriting one of my sprites.
