It is a "potion"... a Final Fantasy potion. Whatīs it made of I dunno, but itīs funny to see...

Iīd buy a Gunblade.

Well I think I'd try it, just to see how it is, but if  its any more expensive than a sobe or a soda drink, then I doubt I'd ever drink it again. Square Enix should just stick to video games.

I was thinking of buying a buster sword replica once from swordsonline.com but I never got around to it. They also have a replica of sephiroths sword. But swords online was smart about it and didn't use the FF7 names, and thus they don't have to give any credit to square enix :)

Great! I lost around 40 HP in a fight at school today and I needed something to give me back my energy. I really just should've used lvl2 fire spell on him to end the fight quickly, but I don't have a clue where I could buy a megaether for less then 27 gold pieces.

Same here. That was one hell of a Manticore! I just wish there was a save point around here... *turns around and looks at a bed*
I guess that'll have to do. *Da da duh da da da duh dah duh-daaah!*

I heard about that. Weren't they selling Ethers or something too? Or maybe it was just green potions.

And whoever said Squenix should stick to games = AGREE'D!

I made a topic about this before, it's basically an energetic, so they can claim it gives health.

This is old news.. I thought of mixing Crown Royal and blue powerade WAY before the Japanese.

liek stick to video games

You think the game developers actually came up with the recipe? It's an energy drink, and it has a hilarious theme. If it tastes like piss/Rockstar, then fine, but right now it looks awesome.

The game company probably didn't come up with the actual recipe, but they came up with the idea of marketing it. The whole idea of making an energy drink from a video game item is lame. I'd be like them coming up with a candy bar from the video game, but then jacking the price up a dollar just because its from a game, I'll stick with my snickers.

Besides, I find energy drinks disgusting, I tried the monster energy drink, it tasted like liqued suger. Other energy drinks weren't much better. Who knows, maybe if this FF energy drink is really good, I may get it once and a while, but it still doesn't change the fact that marketing items (especially beverages) from a video game is queer.

I have a Griever neckchain, Squall's ring, and a miniature version of Squall's gunblade. Who knows, if they'd sell this in Belgium I'd possibly keep a bottle with me. I should get more interesting FF collectibles...maybe to find some more in Super Dragon Toys..

Only by the grace of God.

I dont know, I say it looks awesome. When I get one, the first thing Im gunna do is carry a tape recorder around with the sound of a potion being used on it. Everytime I sip it, I'd press play.  ::)

I'd drink it, but there's no way in hell I'd buy it. Or on earth, for that matter.

Magical Elixir said to bring back love.  This sells quite a pretty penny.

Are you desperate enough?

To be honnest, all your (general) posts sadden me. It's a Final Fantasy XII promotional product, which will probably only come out in Japan. It is to warm everybody up for the upcoming PS2 title, as if they need to pump up, replenish HP, to start a fresh adventure.

It's quite logical, if you think about it, and there is a whole philosophy behind it.

It's not like it's the first time. Square soft was working together with coca cola in the ff7 and ff8 days.
There used to be final fantasy coca cola, you'd get this cool ff character in a six-pack of cokes.

And what's wrong if they do it again? I mean, we aren't going to die, are we?

Post by: Robotam on March 15, 2006, 02:53:43 PM
I'm not against it, I like these kind of things.
I have a bunch of final fantasy stuff at home, a Cloud and Tifa statue, Squalls necklace, a miniature of a gunblade and a Vivi statue. That potion would do fine in my collection.

Idk if it matters, but I thought about this Potion thing today in school, which in return made me run around the halls, hitting my friends, and yelling "EXPIRIENCE POINTS" after every hit.
