I need to convert some some songs so i need a MP3 to Midi or Wav Converter

no such thing as MP3 to MIDI, and if there is it's not worth it. And neither is a MP3 to WAV.

I dont think DBPoweramp will do it anymore, they almost got sued.

If you still need it converted from MP3 to WAV, send it to me Via Email and I'll use Cooledit.

why not just get the patches to rm2k3..patch 5 6 or 8 should allow mp3s. you can search google for it under rm2k3 patch 8.

no it wasn't that I needed to make them smaller as altogther they where 200 and something mb

dont use mp3 to wav it just makes the file alot bigger e.g: mp3 2megs = wav 12 meg

Try using NCH WavePad.
