No, it's RM. Actually, I had an idea like that once.

There's no way we're gonna write a tutorial for you to make that system. That would be at least a solid week of writing. It'd probably be easier to just make it - but no one's gonna do that either. Sorry, bud, you're outta luck.

You'll have to master pictures. I'm guessing the whole bottom menu thingy is done by pictures, as well as the tiles that mark movement limits. You'll also need a very good knowledge of variables/switches... it's quite a daunting task. If you do get anywhere, make sure you show us...
