Well, I decided to make a new art thread.  This may sound odd but I decided to be a bit more organized.  The two drawings posted in this post are just some sketches.





The scanner made the image much bigger than it really is.  But this is just a sketch.  The paper behind this drawing is much bigger.  Anyone want to give me tips in what background I should use?

This is from a request from rush_fan for the female main character of his game, Azure Frontier.  

Unfournately, I didn't have my ruler to measure each thing out, so it's off balance and such.

I left it blank cause I don't know what colors he want to use so if anyone wants to attempt to color this and post it back here, I'll be grateful.  I'm not skilled at adobe photoshop or such so you have my gratitude.

You also have to put in the mouth in what expression you want.  I kind of omitted it because my brain was racked up and I couldn't think of a good mouth expression.

Hehe. Mebe it's just me and my hormones, but there's quite a bit of... sex... oozing from those drawings. Not a bad thing, but I definitely noticed... n another note, I need to re-download GunZ. It was fun, despite some (very annoying) little problems.

lol, I noticed too, but for me, anime isn't something that rubs my sex drive.

That's because Japanesse girls aren't hot enough to make mounds of good porn like America, Britain, and so on. So they made cartoon chicks and made porn from them! AKA Hentai.

You're great at drawing female characters, I'll grant you that.  I personally can't draw them very good.  My...."urges" take over.....I'll leave it at that.

EDIT*** Not all anime is for porn.  Even if it was meant for it, it's not now.  ;)  I take that seriously because I consider myself an Anime Guru, and if anime is for porn, and anime porn is for losers (No offense, well...some offense), than that makes me a loser guru, and I aint no loser guru.

As for character introduction?  I'll add some to the list... for now here's two of them...:




Half-chan and Half-half-chan...

They are both twin sisters (twin skills).  Half-chan is the girl to your left, in the school girl outfit, while Half-half-chan is the girl to your right in the futuristic outfit.

It's amazing what you can do with 3 sheets of white paper, a normal pencil you can buy at a store for packs of 10 for $1.00 USA currency and a 0.7 mechanical pencil.  

But I still wish for a spoon pens, etc... and an ink bottle.

EDIT: Spoon pens and ink bottles are pretty hard to use if you have never used them befor and don't know how (like me)

Yes you can.  You just have to keep at it, persistent and prayer will eventually answer your wish.

It's not easy, sometimes when I draw, I cry because I feel like a mountain is in front of me.  Sometimes I can't think of any good poses, camera angle, or even how to place panels together.  When drawing a comic, I got to think how the panel flows and how I can use that to do a perspective camera angle.

To be honest, drawing comics are hard but if you are patient and persistent, it will happen.

I'll also  post a comic later today (no promises, depends on time).

As for ink bottles, I only used it once, but I am astounded by the clear, thin, lines it produces.  I am just wondering how my drawings will turn out if I use ink bottles.

I drew this when I felt kind of sick.  You know, the feeling of staying in bed.  Not really sick, but felt sick.  So I drew 3 pages of comics that'll end up being a really short story.  Anyways I'll show you the intro page and when my scanner stops freezing my comp, I'll show you what I made.  I used half-chan's chara design to make this possible.

I don't know how to use photobuckets... =(  I kind of wish I knew.

And my scanner isn't obviously working, which kinds of make me irritated.

And I wish I could draw more s3xy characters as well.

Love your work ^^, photoshop/lineart/ink will really help you improve your artwork. Try looking up tutorials on inking techs. That is, when you get your scanner to work.

(I really think you should cut down on the boob size though >_>; )
